In The Sign Of
The Virgin
Smirk
MVD
R1 DVD
Danish
with English subtitles.
Another in the Classic Danish Erotica series.
These reissues show that the Danes liked their erotica with a bit of humour.
They are all well-filmed with attractive non-silicon-enhanced girls. Production
values throughout the “In The Sign Of …” series were high although the plots
ranged from funny to farcical. This is definitely one of the more farcical
ones.
A
learned but naïve Doctor has discovered that Venus is about to enter the house
of Jupiter. A couple of hundred years earlier when this last happened and the
conjunction was centred on the Hawaiian islands a tremendous orgy ensued which
is still talked about in astrological circles. This time the conjunction of
planets will be centred over the little village of Petit Bois in Denmark. The
village has a girls school and the girls must be saved
from themselves as their sexual instincts are aroused by the conjunction. The
Doctor has invented a drug that depresses the libido and he arranges to
administer it to the girls.
Meanwhile
another mad scientist has invented another drug that does the exact opposite.
He wants to try it out on a village where there are a number of young girls to
prove that it works.
The
girls themselves are not as innocent as their headmistress believes. Indeed,
some fill in at the local brothel when their urges overtake them.
Naturally
the two potions get switched, and naturally the girls
school gets the horniness potion in its drinking water. The Doctor goes on to
dump the rest of the potion in the village’s drinking water thinking he will do
the villagers a favour as well.
It’s
silly but loads of fun.
